5. Made-to-Order (MTO) Products

  • Production begins after order confirmation.

  • Made-to-Order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • Exchange or return is generally not available unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Delivery timelines may be longer than ready-to-ship products.

6. Payment

We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways and other payment methods displayed during checkout.

Raivat Ethnic does not store your credit card, debit card, or banking information.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided on the website are estimates only.

Delays may occur due to:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses may be the customer's responsibility.
