Order Cancellations
To cancel your order, please reach out to our customer support team before it ships
Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted, but you can initiate a return (with a small processing fee of Rs. 99/-).
Please note that Custom-made orders are specially tailored and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Returns & Exchanges Process
Request Initiation – Submit your return or exchange request within 2 days of delivery. Our team will contact you the next working day to verify the conditions.
Approval & Pickup – After verification, You Have To Send The product to our wear house
Exchange Dispatch – Once we receive the original product and it passes our quality check, we will dispatch your replacement order.'
Quality Check & Refund – Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it. If it passes the quality check, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days.

Items should have all the brand tags intact.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and untorn.
Returns can be requested within 1 days of delivery only.

Exchange Policy – Made-to-Order (MTO) Products
At Raivat Ethnic, every Made-to-Order (MTO) garment is crafted specifically after your order is confirmed. As each piece is produced exclusively for you, we request that you review the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.
Exchange Eligibility
- Made-to-Order products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to change of mind, color preference, or incorrect size selected by the customer.
- Exchanges will only be accepted if:
- You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
Exchange Request Timeline
- Any exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please email your order number along with clear photos and an unboxing video of the product and packaging.
Exchange Conditions
- The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
- After inspection and approval, we will arrange a replacement for the same product or size, subject to availability.
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an alternative product of equal value.
Important Notes
- Products altered or customized to your measurements cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Minor variations in color, embroidery, print placement, or fabric texture may occur due to photography, screen settings, and handcrafted processes, and are not considered defects.
- Raivat Ethnic reserves the right to approve or decline exchange requests after product inspection.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 7 business days once the return passes our quality check.
Refunds are done ONLY on Fridays
The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
If an item ordered by you arrives in a damaged or defective state, we’ll send a replacement. If the product you ordered gets out of stock, you’ll get a full refund or the option to choose another product of the same value.
Refund is only eligible for approved returns & self-return items are required to be informed prior & should be in approved status.
Store Credit
Store credits are sent to you as a Gift Card Code via email.
Use it at checkout under 'Use Discount Code or Gift Card.'
Valid for 1 year, for one-time use, and cannot be reissued.

These natural variations cannot be guaranteed to be identical across products and are not eligible for exchange or return.
